I replied to their message and at this point it’s 12 hours later they haven’t responded. *updated: they responded 3 days after my initial message and were absolutely no help. No response yet but with the terrible customer support it’s no surprise. Eventually I got to leave a message for customer support after clicking on a automatic response that actually has nothing to do with my issue because it was the only way to leave a message. Ridiculous system, extremely frustrating and a waste of time. You try and depending on what you write you’re given automatic answers over and over again that don’t actually answer your query but does end the “conversation” and you have to start all over again. Contacting customer support is near impossible. Season adventures was supposed to replace it but it hasn’t appeared in my game. I installed the latest update which took away tidal tasks, the only way to get boosters.
